Return Procedure

1- You can access the RETURN FORM via this link. These forms will be completed by our Customers or Dealers and faxed to the respective customer representative (Fax: 0212 415 48 09 - 0212 546 34 26) or sent to the e-mail address: servis@katre.com.

2- The received Product Return Form will be approved first by the Customer Representative and then the related Product technical service and will be faxed back to our customers (dealers).

3- Our customers (dealers) will deliver their approved Product Return Form, the products they will return and the return invoice to us.

Important Notes:

1- No product will be processed by the return acceptance department without a signed and an approved Product Return Form.

The products to be returned will be accompanied with:
· Fully completed and approved product return form
· Copy of the invoice issued by Katre Isı
· Return invoice.
2- Problems associated with the products delivered will be finalized within maximum 2 business days following.

The products to be returned will:
· be returned in its original packaging together with all the accessories and without any damage
· Any missing part or deficiency detected by us will be invoiced to the returning company.
· Any consumables delivered with the product and used by the company will be invoiced to the returning company.
· The products will be returned as packed by another package.
· If the product will be returned by courier, the cost of courier will be paid by the shipper.
